Meet AJ Grasso, the owner of Prestige Builders, LLC, who is celebrating his 40th year of residential construction, building more than 375 luxury homes in Connecticut.

AJ and his team recently accepted an award from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Connecticut with an award for a home in their recent development, The Ridge at Monroe. This marks the second time one of their Monroe projects has received this recognition in recent years. Other projects include Cutlers Farm Crossing in Monroe, Moorefield Farms in Trumbull, as well as Gamble Place, Nichols Place and Hawks Ridge in Shelton. AJ strives to build quality homes and lasting relationships. Referrals and repeat business speak for themselves. He has built numerous standalone homes for buyers outside of subdivision work.
